Good interview Chris. The corporate sponsor portion of the interview was especially important for me. If sponsors got their hands dirty upfront instead of just buying ad space after-the-fact, the economic strain could be relieved greatly. Imagine if that money came in before construction: not only could they be involved in pre-construction discussions (giving them better visibility) but they could alleviate a lot of material and labor debt from building up (keeping prices down). What if you got your name on a stadium by funding its construction? (Is this how its done already? Or is it always an after-thought?)
